"Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 922bet platform. "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and any credited bonuses. "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a game outcome, sports event, or casino product offered through 922bet. "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded by 922bet that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player using an approved payment method. "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, features, and functionality available on the 922bet platform.

To register a 922bet account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Bangladesh and accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on 922bet or any affiliated platform.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party or as a proxy player.

922bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify 922bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access, compromise of your credentials, or any security incident affecting your account. 922bet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to notify us promptly.

922bet may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being misused, or poses a security risk to the platform or to other players.

Players must not attempt to access, monitor, or alter any other player's account. Any such attempt will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent account closure.

922bet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment transactions must be conducted using a method registered in the Player's own legal name. 922bet does not accept payments from third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: verified accounts in good standing typically receive funds within 5 to 30 minutes via bKash or Nagad. Processing times for Rocket and Upay may vary. 922bet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳10,000.

922bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking systems. Currency conversion losses or fees imposed by payment providers are the Player's sole responsibility.

922bet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods.

General bonus rules that apply to all 922bet promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are used first when placing bets, unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address.
• 922bet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably believes a promotion has been exploited, misused, or claimed in bad faith.
• Bonus offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice to Players who have not yet opted in.

All bets placed on 922bet are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure that interrupts a bet in progress, 922bet will endeavour to settle the bet on the basis of available data at the time of interruption. Where no reliable data exists, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

922bet reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts in circumstances including but not limited to: palpable pricing errors; evidence of collusion or match-fixing; use of automated betting software; and any breach of these Terms. Decisions by 922bet regarding bet settlement are final and binding.

In the event of a discrepancy between information displayed on the platform and information held in 922bet's servers, the server record shall prevail.

922bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of the tools available on our Responsible Gaming page, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits.
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion, which prevents access to your account for a minimum period of 6 months.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, 922bet will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new account. All content on the 922bet platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and interface design — is the property of 922bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, or exploit any content from the 922bet platform without prior written consent from 922bet. Unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 922bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Changes to game rules, betting markets, or promotional offers.
• Any errors in information displayed on the platform that are corrected within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these Terms limits 922bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

922bet collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

922bet will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share data with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by applicable law or necessary to prevent fraud.

922bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified time period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Request by the Player to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees, pending completion of verification and confirmation that no outstanding bonuses or wagering obligations remain. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure under all circumstances.

922bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 922bet following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings. 922bet's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final where they are based on verifiable server data and are consistent with these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 922bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver by 922bet of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. Headings are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
